Ford Mustang Projector Headlights

The installation of Ford Mustang Projector Headlights can be a fairly easy process but does differ depending on year model. The 1999-2004 for example can install in less than 8 minutes if purchasing projector lights without the dual halo rings or led's. These headlights essentially install with two vertical pins that hold them place the headlight and there is a single harness that plugs the light in.

The 1994-1998 Mustang Projector Headlights in the single piece version take more time to install than on the 99-04 models as your converting a typical two piece light into a single piece found on the newer body style. These are pretty easy but there are clips that must be snapped into place for installation. Projector headlights with led's and halo's have separate wires that power the additional accent lights and although its slightly more time consuming it's generally worth the end look.

The 2005-2009 Mustang Projectors requires the removal of the front fascia before the headlights can be changed. Once the fascia is out of the way these are an easy installation in terms of plug and play. Projectors with led's and halo rings may require additional wire connections.
