well all i can say is that this is my car. i bought this hood after i had already bought and returned the 3rd supersnake (prototype) hood from shelby. that piece of crap wasn't even close to fitting my car, 1/2 wide and needed 20 shims to match fender height. after i sent that piece of crap back to shelby i searched the net and found this hood for less than half the price and it fit perfect. now with the hood pins and slick supersnake stripe painted on my gt500 runs 185 m.p.h plus. 692 h.p. i don't even know how fast it will go cause i'm too chicken to drive it that fast. anyways i can't say enough about my trufiber hood except that its way better that the original supersnake hood, i know because i bought one of those first,paid twice as much, and sent it back.
