CRUIZIN CONCEPTS MOTORSPORTS reserves the right, before and/or after receiving your product(s), to refuse any returns, exchanges and attempted cancellations. Please remember all sales are final and we cannot fully refund any returned merchandise, due to the simple fact that once we send your product out, we can NEVER AGAIN sell it as a NEW PRODUCT. "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" reserves the right to charge the appropriate fees pertaining to the violation of one of any of our return policies, such as restocking fees, credit card fees, etc. "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" reserves all rights herein mentioned in these terms and conditions.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:
All Sales are final and all products sold by "CruizinConcepts Motorsports". are sold "as-is" to the Buyer. Damages by Freight must be reported to be claimed against freight company. Any items REJECTED and sent back to shipper is not AUTHORIZED, unless it is approved by CruizinConcepts Motorsports. If the rejection of a package is not authorized, the buyer will be charged a 25% fee of the BASE price, seperate from the 20% restocking which may or may not be applied for cancelled orders (please refer to CANCELLATION/RETURNS section of terms and agreements).

CANCELLATION/RETURNS:
ANY AND ALL CANCELLATIONS AND/OR AN ATTEMPT TO RETURN MERCHANDISE MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" via telephone and the customer must be issued a valid Return Authorization number by a "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" representative to receive any credit back from the customer's original purchase.  Any order without an order cancellation number will be considered an open, active order. Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the original purchase price. Some special order items may not be cancelled or returned under any circumstances, and must be handled case by case based upon the terms and conditions of the manufacturer that the product is special ordered from. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in shipment without penalty. They are subject to any and all restocking fees. 

All authorized returns must be returned within 10 days after being delivered. Any items shipped back to "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" or their affiliates after 10 days or without approval from "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her own expense. Any and all returns must be in like-new, un-altered, and un-painted condition. Any and all returns items must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Any returns sent freight collect may be refused and returned to the purchaser at their own expense.

All rightly returned items as judged by "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" must be carefully packed in original packing materials, or better if the original packaging is no longer in good condition. The customer is advised to place insurance on the returned goods for their full value for his/her own protection, since "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" would not be responsible for any damage/loss of the return shipment. If loss/damage does occur during the return shipment of a product, refunds will not be issued to the customer until compensation from insurance claims filed by the customer are received by "CruizinConcepts Motorsports". Again, it is the buyer's responsibility to place insurance on any and all returned merchandise.

THERE WILL BE NO RECOMPENSATION OF ANY THIRD PARTY SHIPPING CHARGES ON ANY RETURNED PRODUCTS.  In any case of approved returns/exchanges, shipping charges are NOT refundable. Please remember that shipping costs go to THIRD PARTIES, and not to "CruizinConcepts Motorsports".
 

BODYKITS/SPOILERS/FENDERS:
Buyer fully understands that all body kits and spoilers are sold "as is" with no warranty. All our body kits are carefully packaged and boxed, but once in a while, damage may occur while shipping. "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" is responsible only for the shipping out of the product, and any damages must be reported to the shipping carrier. All our body kits are shipped with insurance for this matter. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, "CruizinConcepts Motorsports". is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). Buyer understands that all bodykits/spoilers may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Because many of these kits are prototyped and used on non-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respective countries of origin, "CruizinConcepts Motorsports". is not liable for any illegal street use of these parts. Bodykits require some prep work before painting and professional body shop installation is highly recommended. Body kit orders are not like typical products; they are hand crafted and engineered. If backordered or not in stock, "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" has no choice but to charge a 15% reversal transaction fee (of the total price) to cover charges of refund and accounting, if you decide to cancel your order. Please do not try and "dispute" this 15% fee because it is out of our hands and not in the jurisdiction of "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" to waive it.


"CruizinConcepts Motorsports" does not give out tracking information for orders and is in no way obliged to provide them to our customers. 

Fiberglass body kits are sold "AS IS" and it is the customers responsibility to know all of the work involved in the installation process. Understand fiberglass kits are not always direct bolt-ons. CruizinConcepts Motorsports will not be held responsible for fitment issues. An exchange may occur only if the products have been test fitted within 30 days of receipt. CruizinConcepts Motorsports reserves the right to deny any exhchange or returns. Sometimes it is possible a fiberglass kit may need a lot of prep work including filling gaps, trimming, or grinding. "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" recommends that the retail customer seek an experienced custom shop to do the install on body kits and know all the procedures, of installing fiberglass kits. We do not recommend a collision shop to do installs on body kits, they are only experienced on installing OEM parts that are direct bolt-on and do not know the procedure of installing fiberglass body kits.

All body kits that have already been shipped or delivered are non-refundable merchandise. We can under no circumstances return a body kit or body kit component for a customer once it has been shipped or delivered. If you receive a body kit, hood, fender or wing and it is damaged you must contact us so we can arrange an exchange. CruizinConcepts Motorsports also reserves the right to not exchange the merchandise if desired.

FIBERGLASS/ CARBON HOODS:
Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass and carbon fiber hoods or hoods in general that are sold by "CruizinConcepts Motorsports". are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. All hoods are made for track use only and not legal on public highways or streets.Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, "CruizinConcepts Motorsports". is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). We strongly recommend Hood Pins for safety reinforcement. Buyer Understands all Hoods are aftermarket parts and have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Hoods may require some prep work and modifications before painting and installation - professional body shop installation is highly recommended. Once a hood has been shipped or delivered there is under no circumstances any returns on that merchandise unless otherwise authorized by CruizinConcepts Motorsports.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Damage may occur occasionally in transit. Shipments are NOT automatically insured by the carrier and insurance is NOT included on the standard freight quote. Customer must request freight insurance with their order. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied by the transit company if you do so. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken packing) on the Freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be denied by the transit freight company. If any damage has occurred, not it on the driver's bill and have him initial it and make a copy for your records. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" under no circumstances shall be liable for the damage merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

Backorders/Special Orders/Late Shipment
If product is in stock, it may be shipped within 3-5 days from order. Most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4 weeks. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date. CruizinConcepts Motorsports shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipment dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. All chargebacks will be 100% legally reversed with a $60.00 chargeback fee. All special orders require a minimum nonrefundable deposit of 50% of total cost.

"CruizinConcepts Motorsports". reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. "CruizinConcepts Motorsports". reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. "CruizinConcepts Motorsports". may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

By submitting your creative ideas, inventions, suggestions or materials (your "submission") you grant "CruizinConcepts Motorsports". a royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display your submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and to incorporate your submission in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed without any notice or compensation to you.

LIMITATION AND LIABILITY OF DISCLAIMER

"CruizinConcepts Motorsports". makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the operation, contents, information, or materials contained therein. You agree that "CruizinConcepts Motorsports"., its directors, officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of the "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" web site. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

"CruizinConcepts Motorsports". shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, "CruizinConcepts Motorsports". shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

"CruizinConcepts Motorsports" and/or all afilliates and distributors will not be held responsible for injury/death due to misuse of items sold.

JURISDICTION
You agree that any legal action brought against/from "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on "CruizinConcepts Motorsports" shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Bartow County in the State of Georgia.

"CruizinConcepts Motorsports". reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.


RETURNS ON ALL OTHER ITEMS
Absolutely no returns after 10 days. All items sold are BRAND NEW and "as is." All rights reserved by CruizinConcepts Motorsports to accept or reject returns, only upon certain and specific conditions. All items subject to 15% restocking fee.
Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery of products, under conditions of backorders etc. CruizinConcepts Motorsports, like every other parts dealer and retailer does not hold in stock EVERY item sold, and are often ordered, if not found in the warehouse. No refunds on items that have been paid and ordered for customer. All rights reserved by CruizinConcepts Motorsports.

ANYONE TAMPERING WITH THE SHOPPING CART AND/OR PAYMENT DEVICES AND SYSTEMS PHYSICALLY OR ELECTRONICALLY ON www.CruizinConcepts.com and all it's sub-pages are subject to fine, or only partial payment returns by CruizinConcepts Motorsports to compensate for this abuse. CruizinConcepts Motorsport reserves all rights to determine how much is to be returned for this type of abuse. All scam artists using fraudulent credit card, identity etc will be subject to FULL prosecution by law. If you are ordering from CruizinConcepts.com, regardless or a stolen or rightful payment or identity, you agree that CruizinConcepts Motorsports Online rightfully can and will sue/press charges against you and your immediate family, without your/your families objection in the court of law. CruizinConcepts MOTORSPORTS ONLINE reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders for any reasons.

"CruizinConcepts Motorsports" and all in/out house attorneys WILL pursue all fraudulent and illegal activities brought upon, either directly or indirectly, to "CruizinConcepts Motorsports." Including, but not limited to, credit card fraud, identity theft, misleading information, and any/all illegal activities deemed so by the state of Illinois, and or presiding states.

NON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT
All orders that are shipped and received without payment will be turned over to collections after 20 days. If collections does not receive payment within there given time frame customer will then be turned in to all 40 Credit Beau agencies. Moreover, customer will be reported to 2 organizations that network thousands of online and mail order merchants all over country and the web including and not limited to ebay, amazon, overstock and many others. These organizations may eliminate your ability to purchase goods at most major online merchants. This is integrated into most major online merchants website infrastructures to help prevent fraudulent orders. However, as a corporation we do not intend to damage our customers credit history and ability to purchase in the future with other online vendors but if customer is absolutely unwilling to pay for his or her bill we will as a last resort do the above.
